In Honor of the First Snow

God's voice thunders in marvelous ways;

he does great things beyond our understanding.

He says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth,'

and to the rain shower, 'Be a mighty downpour.'

So that all men he has made may know his work,

he stops every man from his labor.
Job 37:5-7

Snow day. A day of snow. Snow fell today.

Granted, it only lasted a couple of hours, but it was beautiful.
What else do I look forward to besides more

Baking Christmas goodies for the sweetest in my life...

Sketching, gluing, & decoupaging homemade gifts...

Stirring up coffee & cider galore...

Listening to Sufjan Stevens' Christmas album on repeat...

And savoring this season.
