Coming home...is a beautiful thing. Each & every time I walk through the door & make my presence known to my parents, I am struck by my mom's beautiful decorating. She's incredible! However, our styles don't particularly mesh. She's more Southern Living, & I'm more eclectic, troubadour, vintage, homemade. She's more "matchy-matchy," & I'm more "hodge-podge." Sometimes, it's a nightmare when she asks for my opinion, but I will always love coming home to the warm house she (& my dad) have made for our family.
I think this day is going to be just what I dreamed.
